Rubika Liaquat, born on April 18 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is an accomplished newscaster and journalist. She completed her studies at St. Gregorios Higher Secondary School in Udaipur and obtained a Bachelor of Media (Journalism) from the University of Mumbai.

She received a Bachelor of Mass Media in Journalism from Mumbai University. Serving as an anchor for Mumbai's news channel 24, she gained three months of experience in 2003. In 2005, Rubika successfully obtained her diploma and spent approximately two years seeking employment after graduation. Eventually, Live India extended her an opportunity to work in June 2007, where she remained until September 2008.

Rubika Liyaquat is a well-known senior journalist and presenter in the Indian media industry. She gained prominence through her television news work and has been associated with various news outlets throughout her career.

On April 28, 2012, Rubika married Naved Qureshi, also a journalist. The couple is blessed with a son and a daughter.

Rubika embarked on her professional career in 2007 as a news anchor on Live India. After working there until September 2008, she joined News 24 as a lead anchor and correspondent. She later joined Zee News, where she gained huge popularity for hosting the show "Taal Thok Ke". At Zee News, she served as lead anchor and editor, demonstrating her expertise in news reporting and analysis.
