Toddlers assaulted in a Mumbai playschool, CCTV footage is viral

A video of Rhymes and Rumbles Playschool located in Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra is viral on the internet. In this video, teachers are seen beating and misbehaving with innocent children. After watching this video people are angry and are demanding action against the teachers.

It is seen in the video that teachers are mercilessly beating and dragging small children onto the ground.

The police registered a case under section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 after school management complained about the incident.

Parents have seen a change in the behavior of their children

The parents of the children say that the way their children were being treated in the school, the children were scared, and their behavior changed.

The father of one of the children told The Indian Express that his child was getting aggressive and started hitting people in the house. When he got worried, he talked to other parents whose children were studying in the same play school. When everyone complained the same, then all the parents together complained to the school management.

On March 27, the parents lodged a complaint with the school management. Taking the matter seriously, the management got the CCTV footage checked and was shocked to see that the teachers were behaving very badly with the children. After this, the management and the parents complained about the matter to the police.

The police have found in the investigation so far that the teachers were dragging children onto the ground, pinching, and slapping continuously, and used to beat the children with books, due to this behavior of the teachers, the children were scared.

According to the police, this assault on the children was going on for three months, from January to March the children were being tortured.

Let us tell you that total of 28 children were studying in this Rhymes and Rumbles Playschool. It started in September 2022. Due to the behavior of the teachers, the children were going through mental trauma.

All parents can learn from this case, if you are noticing a sudden change in the behavior of your children, do not ignore it. Talk to them, and tell your concern to the school management. Many times children are getting mentally abused but they are afraid to tell this to anyone.
